Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. This website is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Nothing on this site, and nothing returned by any third-party tool linked from it, may be used to make decisions about credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose the FCRA covers.
How Current Is the Information?
Record indexes are corrected, office portals and fees change, and historical collections can move or expand. Although the reference is maintained, no detail is guaranteed at a particular moment. Confirm any important item with the office or collection that holds it.
Not Legal Advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice. We point to record sources and explain how resident rolls and directories generally work in West St. Paul; a website is not a substitute for a licensed attorney.
Lawful Use Only
Public records serve legitimate civic and historical purposes, not harm. Do not use a result, address, or linked record to stalk, harass, intimidate, or harm anyone. Misuse can violate Minnesota and federal law, including Minn. Stat. ยง 609.749, and violates our Terms of Use.
Third-Party Search Tools
Some pages contain search boxes operated by outside companies. We do not control their results, charges, or handling of submitted information. Those results are not consumer reports for FCRA purposes.
Outbound Links
We link to assessor and recorder portals, elections-office lookups, court searches, library local history collections, archives, and similar resources. We are not responsible for any external site's content, accuracy, or availability.
No Records Hosted on This Site
This service does not hold a government roll, directory volume, court file, or vital record. It identifies the offices, libraries, and portals that hold such material. Requests to obtain, confirm, or correct a record belong with that custodian.
